Annual Board Meeting - Board of Directors Election

To ensure a quorum, it is very important that the office receives homeowners’ Absentee Ballot or Proxy if they don’t plan to attend the meeting.  Please submit your Absentee Ballot to the Office or attend February’s meeting to vote in person. A Proxy can be obtained through the HOA office. The Absentee Ballot must be mailed or returned to the office before 5:00 PM on February 2nd.
