For those attending, seating is limited. Face masks are optional as is social distancing procedures. Zoom will not be available for the February meeting.
There will be a 2021 review of events and a discussion of planned events for 2022. This is your opportunity to provide ideas for the coming year.
If you are not planning on attending, please VOTE NOW! Please mail or drop off your absentee/proxy ballot at The Landing Office. We must have a quorum to hold the Board of Directors Elections and vote of the ACC Guidelines.
Q & A Help
Q – What is the criteria for invaliding a ballot?
A – The absentee ballot. Complete the form in pen. Complete means that all information is completed. As an exception, the ballot will NOT be invalid if the form is missing the Lot, Block, Telephone Number or the “street/mailing address” listed under the name/signature. Specifically, the ballot must include in Pen, the Date executed, property address, printed name and signature to be valid.
Q – Who are the vote counters in the election?
A – The Election Guidelines state the following: “Vote counters will consist of 2 Nominating Committee Members plus 2 volunteer helpers that will be solicited from the floor & chosen by the Nominating Committee Chairman.”
Q – I did not receive the meeting notice and absentee ballot in the mail.
A – Contact the Property Manager at the office to get a replacement Absentee/Proxy Ballot form with the official seal.
